This past Monday, I received two numbers from the Trumbull Office. These telephone numbers were supposed to allow me to talk to a supervisor of the Trumbull office. The first was to Bridgeport (203) 332-5370 and the second was for the Monroe Office (203) 261 3880. I was able to speak with the Monroe office immediately. They indicated they are not in charge of the Trumbull office and I Needed to call Bridgeport. SO I tried Bridgeport on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Each of the 10 times I called the phone range and range until we were disconnected. Finally today, I called Trumbull for another number – they gave me (203) 332-5371. That number also rang and rang. Thus the need for this email. I have lost two expensive items that I took to the Trumbull office. One was in the United States and the items was lost and the only item they discovered was the label. The second one I spent $65.00 to mail the item to Spain .When the Item was received. it was not in the box I sent, was relabeled and contaied Pills, which she returned to the Spanish Post office and filed a claim. I really need to speak with someone about the missing items. My phone number is 1-603-969-4820. Thank You in advance, Virginia Mentel
