Mark Moijahan and Nora Stamper are extremely unprofessional. I was forced to get a post office box after continued harassment from mail carrier Stamper. Mark Moijahan also lost about 50 pieces of my mail after claiming to have dropped it off. He allowed Nora to trespass onto my property and forced my boyfriend to sign an agreement regarding my dog that I had already refused to sign, because I signed another paper prior that they were not adhering to. I would love to receive mail at home again, but I still live in the same neighborhood and do not want to interact with either of them. I wish I had other options for a location for my mail to go through. Their harassment was during a period where I was struggling greatly with mental health. They held my medication without informing me and also time sensitive mail from being on leave. I am still playing catch up on figuring out all of the mail these two lost of mine. The result was that I abandoned my apartment and checked myself into the hospital due to being suicidal. I still get panic attacks whenever I see a mail carrier. I would like to receive my mail at home, but I do not ever want to see Nora or Mark again. I also still have my service dog that was their excuse for the continued harassment. If I receive mail at my current home and I see either of them, if they engage with me I will call the police.
